Without getting into too much backstory, I have essentially figured out the way to get any NPC to the "Intimate" mood easily. This mood is one of the two easiest moods to get the pillow talk event, with the other being "Playful".
You can of course get it with Blissful in some cases, but for most it seems to have not worked. Prerequisites: In order to do this properly, you will need to ensure the following. The desired NPC is starting at a "Normal" mood.
